STEP BY STEP​

To make a booking for yourself or a guest, you must be a Member or Waitlisted Member. Here is a quick guide.

If there are any issues with entering an online booking request, please email office@cac.org.au.

  • Step 1 – Log in

    Log in with your membership number.

  • Step 2 – Select dates

    Select the dates of your first and last nights.

  • Step 3 – Guest details

    Enter in member and guest details.

  • Step 4 – Accommodation preferences

    Select the number of rooms, and ensuite preferences.

  • Step 5 – Confirm details

    Confirm your contact details and include any comments for the Admin Officer.

  • Step 6 – Waitlist/Payment

    If your booking can be confirmed immediately, make payment to finalise the booking. If the booking is waitlisted, await response from the Admin Officer. Your booking can be waitlisted if:
    • The admin officer needs to review it,
    • The lodge is already at capacity,
    • It exceeds your peak season Saturday night or guest limits, or
    • It is before the applicable tier cut-off date.

    Once the admin officer reviews your booking, it will be changed to tentative status, and you will receive an email requesting payment.

  • Booking confirmation!

    Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a reminder email a few days prior to your arrival.

Booking Cut-Off Dates

Off-peak bookings are confirmed no more than one year in advance.

Peak Bookings are confirmed according to following schedule:

Tier 1
• Members only
• Members and children under the age of 5 who are on the waiting list
• Members and children under the age of 18 who are eligible for an offer of membership and who have paid the second instalment of the entrance fee
Cut-off date: 19 November 2023
Tier 2
• Members and an equal number of guests
• Other persons on the waiting list
• Associated Ex-Members
Cut-off date: 18 February 2024
Tier 3
All other Peak season bookings
One calendar month prior to booking
